Dear former 1970s volunteers:
The hosting service for our volunteers guestbook tells me they'll be closing down on April 1, 2012. The original guestbook will no longer exist after that date.
I've saved the existing blog entries in a simple, continuous file and am looking for a new (free) home for it. One that also allows new postings. If you have suggestions let me know. In the meantime I'll be happy to supply you with your own copy if requested.

Welcome! This website is intended as a contact point for those who spent time in the 1970s as volunteers on Kibbutz Ein Gev, Israel. It was set up with the years 1972-1973 especially in mind, but is open to all who shared the seventies Ein Gev experience including kibbutzniks themselves.
